When the University of Oklahoma College of Nursing decided to expand their successful government program into private practice, they turned to Communication Evolved.
What initially began as a website and search engine marketing (SEM) campaign, expanded into Brand development.
Communication Evolved recommended that OU consider the brand their organization put forth in the community before developing any messaging for the website. Using internal surveys and feedback along with additional interviews, Communication Evolved helped OU Lifestage Solutions develop their brand and a tagline that represented their organization: Your Well-Being Is Our Life's Work.
Using our "Holistic SEM" approach, we then worked closely with OU to develop the messaging in their website to ensure it was effectively written for both people and search engines. Building upon their existing graphic ID elements we developed a design that provides an intuitive layout while invoking the psychological responses they desired from their audience. The site is built on a content management system that allows them to fully update everything and it will grow as their program grows.
The site was launched in April 2009 and an aggressive search engine marketing campaign will begin in October.
